Relaxed family -friendly swim session with no lane ropes, ideal for families and those who want to enjoy the pool without swimming lengths. The toddler pool will usually be open too.

Please remember that one adult in the pool may supervise up to 2 children under the age of 8, and please stay in close contact with those you are supervising at all times.

The cafe is open from 9.30am - 5:15pm (last hot food orders at 5pm) and you are welcome to stay on for food and drink after your swim.

This session is limited to 120 swimmers.
