We offer a range of activities for fitness and relaxation, in the pool and on the lawn, for ages 16+.
All our classes are accessible for beginners and taught by excellent local instructors in a friendly environment.
In the water, you can try Synchro (an artistic swimming workout), Swim Fit to improve your swim fitness and technique, and, coming soon, Aqua Fit, a gentle workout in the water to music.
On the lawn, and under cover of the stretch tent if wet, we have Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi.
