Sunshine Yoga Mini Retreat

A soothing and restorative Sunday afternoon spent in the natural environment of the Lido. Expect gentle yoga and breathwork, guided contrast therapy using sauna and cold plunge, swimming in our heated pool, and lovely refreshments.

This blissful afternoon is led by Annalisa, our Sunday Sunshine yoga teacher.

Annalisa has long experience working in health and wellness in Sweden and the UK, a love of the outdoors and a passion for bringing joy, relaxation and balance into everyone's life.

The retreat is for those aged 18+ only and is limited to 10 participants for a personal and exclusive experience.

Beginners are welcome; the afternoon is appropriate for all levels.

All yoga equipment will be provided (you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer). Bring swimwear, 2 towels, a water bottle and some slip-on shoes or sliders for walking around the sauna area, and dress in layers for all seasons.

Slow down, breathe in, stretch out...
