Open air water workout to music for everyone aged 16+.

The benefits of exercise in water include improvements in mobility, coordination and core strength. Water supports your joints as you exercise, whilst also providing resistance to make your workout more effective… and it’s fun!


Session comprises 45 mins workout with the opportunity for a 15 min cool down swim at the end.


You will be exercising in shallow water; an ability to swim is advised but not compulsory.
