Our Relaxed swims are for visitors of all ages who would like a peaceful session at The Lido without the pressure of swimming lengths. These sessions are typically quieter than Family swim sessions and have a reduced capacity, so you have more space to yourself. There will be no lane ropes and the toddler pool will usually be open.
Remember that one adult in the pool may supervise up to two children under the age of 8; please stay in close contact with those you are supervising in the water at all times.
The cafe is open from 9.30am - 5:15pm (last hot food orders at 5pm) and you are welcome to stay on for food and drink after your swim.
