A weekday afternoon session in termtime, where children and families are welcome, but you'll find plenty of space to relax and swim as an adult individual too. There will be no lane ropes, and in good weather the toddler pool should be open (phone ahead to check if it's crucial to your visit).

You can arrive any time during the session; you are welcome to come along after school. The cafe is open until 5.15pm, with last orders at 5pm.

Remember that one adult in the pool may supervise up to two children under the age of 8; please stay in close contact with those you are supervising at all times.

This session is limited to 50 swimmers.
