Clear away the cobwebs of the festive period and refresh yourself with a cold swim and a peaceful sauna on Boxing Day morning.

 

The café will be open serving breakfast baps, and hot and cold drinks including Bloody Marys from the bar.

Saunas and pool will be open 09:00–13.00. Sauna is bookable in half-hour timed sessions.

Participants in swim and sauna must be adults (18+) only. Children (under 18) may attend as spectators, but must be supervised by an adult at all times and should not be on poolside.

Tickets cost: £9 swimming only

                       £7.50 sauna only

                       £5 spectators

Please note that you need to be fit and healthy, to the best of your knowledge, to take part in cold water swimming and sauna. Every individual ticket booked will be accompanied by a health note check.
