Frost Moon Evening Swim

FROST MOON EVENING SWIM AND SAUNA with café 18:00–21:00

November’s full moon is a Supermoon (when a full moon occurs at the closest point to Earth during its orbit, therefore appearing larger and brighter).

In pagan circles it’s called the Mourning Moon, often the last full moon before the winter solstice and a magical time to mourn what has passed but also to celebrate new beginnings. Wild swimmers sometimes call it the Reed Moon, referring to the silhouetted reeds accompanying late autumn swims. It’s also the Frost Moon, heralding the return of longer colder nights.

We are hoping for clear skies and a good view of the moon - and can more or less promise you no reeds in the water and no frost - as we welcome you to our first winter evening event, with night swimming and sauna options to book, and then relaxation in the open air beside the fire pit or in one of our warm indoor spaces.

The pool will be open from 18:00 to 20:30; book a swim ticket and swim at any time you please during this session.

Sauna is bookable in timed half-hour sessions from 18:30–20:30.

The café will be serving hot food and snacks, with a range of hot and cold drinks and a licensed bar. Café will be open 18:00–21:00.

This event is for adults (18+) only.
