Sunday morning Yoga with Annalisa
Start your Sunday mornings with a gentle, joyful yoga practice.
This is an opportunity to connect, centre and balance yourself, on the lovely tree-lined Lido lawn (or cosily under our stretch tent if wet!).
Our new teacher Annalisa has been teaching and practicing yoga, as well as working in health and wellbeing, for more than 25 years. She passionately believes that everyone can find a yoga practice that’s right for them. If you’re a Beginner and unsure where to start, Annalisa is the perfect guide. The class is equally accessible for Beginners and for more experienced Yogis (age 16+).
And you could also book a swim before your yoga class– for the ultimate Sunday relaxation.
We can provide mats and blocks, but you are very welcome to bring your own mat and props with you. Please dress in layers of warm comfortable clothing, as the weather can be very variable.
