Aquafit is an aerobic class of exercise to music in the water. It’s a great way to gain strength, muscle tone and stamina while your joints are supported by the water.
The class is accessible to everyone aged 16+, including non-swimmers, and including every level of fitness. You can challenge yourself as much as you like against the resistance of the water. This class is ideal for those returning from injury or after a long break from exercise, as well as those seeking an intense workout.
Each workout is 45 mins long, followed by an optional 15 mins cooldown swim.
